Charlie Lort-Phillips
Director/Editor
In 2002 Charlie worked for a leading agency before moving into casting in 2003, and editing in 2004, swiftly heading up the showreel department.

In 2011, having forged relationships with the leading agencies in London and abroad, he established Bespoke Reels as a standalone service.

In 2014 he edited and A-P'd his first feature film, which was selected for Raindance and nominated for a BIFA, and has worked on a number of films for existing clients, and the feature doc 'By All Means: A Rock n Roll Story'.

If he had to be an animal, he would choose to be a spaniel.
Aaron Singer-Lee
Director/Editor/Cameraman
The son of former National Youth Theatre members, Aaron has been an editor for over fifteen years.

After graduating from Oxford, Aaron worked in development for New Line Cinema and Working Title Films, before moving into production.

He cites his editing influences as David Lean, Thelma Schoonmaker and Animal from the Muppets.
